TTouch Workshop with Kathy Cascade 

TTouch Basics and Beyond

TTouch offers positive solutions to common behavioral and health related issues…

Lack of Focus , Aging Issues, Hyperexcitability, Destructiveness, Reactivity to other dogs, Fear or Shyness, Recovery from Injury, Separation Anxiety

Join us for a fun filled TTouch workshop and learn how you can apply these techniques to improve your dog's performance, enhance well-being, and fine tune your communication with your dog. The workshop is a small group "hands-on" experience, allowing plenty of individual work with your dog, as well as helpful group activities.  $150 with a dog and $95 without a dog.  This is a two day workshop, Saturday and Sunday, January 24 & 25, 2009, from 10 am to 5 pm.  This workshop is limited in space, sign up early!

“Real Food for Real Pets”  - Presented by Jennifer Boniface, MS, Animal Nutritionist 

Does your dog suffer from allergies, or have a sensitive digestive system?
Does your cat have diabetes or renal failure?  Find out how these conditions and others may be related to the food they eat.

Learn more about a better way to feed your pets for a healthier and longer life. This one day seminar will cover the evolution of “pet food” as we know it today, present some basic anatomy and physiology to explain differences between humans and other species, and explain what type of food is most appropriate for our pet dogs and cats. 

We will also address specific health concerns such as diabetes, kidney failure, and allergies and the impact that simple dietary changes can make, as well as exploring the use of key supplements to help treat common ailments. Time-permitting, questions regarding personal situations with ill pets will be taken at the end of the day.  $95 per person.  This is a one day workshop, Saturday, January 24, 2009, from 10 am to 5 pm.

Dog Behavior - Temperament vs. Personality with Joy Freedman

Joy will teach you how to understand the difference between your dogs personality and temperament; behavioral clues to look for as a puppy through adulthood and how to best teach to your dogs unique inner canine. Active seminar participation, lots of Q & A.

Dance With Your Dog-Part I - with the Boogie Woogie BowWows 

This fun workshop will introduce you & your best friend to basic dance steps - the canine way! This intensive two hour workshop will get you & your dog up & moving to a variety of musical beats while learning basic dog-dance steps. Class members will share laughs as they put it all together in a toe-tapping final performance. Appropriate for all dogs that are well socialized and have an understanding of basic obedience. Saturday, January 24th, 2 pm to 4 pm. $40 with dog, $25 w/o dog, $70 for Sat and Sun combo w/ dog.
Dance With Your Dog - Part II

The fun will continue with this two hour workshop that builds on the basic dog-dance steps. Learn how to teach the flashy moves that add zing to your performance and how to bring out your dog's creativity. Class members will develop their own unique styles. Appropriate for people who completed Part I or have a foundation in canine dance steps.
Sunday, January 25th, 2pm to 4 pm. $40 with dog, $25 w/o dog, $70 for Sat and Sun combo w/ dog.
