Mark
German, formerly known as America’s Dog Whisperer, and Founder/CEO of America’s Canine Academy and
Janice Wolfe, formerly known as New Jersey’s Dog Whisperer and founder of Merlin’s Kids, share a passionate mission. They journey around the United States and Canada, and soon abroad, to save those “bad dogs” that others have either given up on or simply can not help through conventional means. Mark has been profiled on such shows as
Good Morning, Arizona, the Pat McMahon Show, WABC, Paltalk.com, VoiceAmerica.com, and a host of others, working to get the word out to all dog owners: There’s Hope!© Together, Mark and Janice strive to bring this awareness to everyone who loves his or her dog but struggles with out-of-control behaviors such as jumping, barking, lunging, pulling on a leash, aggression, or fearfulness, and cannot find anyone to help them. For many dogs and their owners, Mark and Janice are the last hope. They not only change dogs, they change the humans.
|
|
Mark lives in Chino Valley, Arizona has been training owners and rehabilitating their dogs for more than 16 years. “It’s all about the energy” is his mantra. It is frustrating to see people who work with dogs - obedience trainers, handlers, shelter employees, veterinarians, and even some ‘behaviorists’- treat dogs in a way that is detrimental to the dog’s state of mind. After mastering several forms of obedience “training”, Mark realized that these conventional methods failed to change “bad dogs”, and evolved his own techniques to help those dogs that remained aggressive, fearful, or unstable. Using his techniques, he has saved thousands of aggressive, fearful, and “death row” dogs. Years ago, he realized that in order to help more dogs, he needed to teach his techniques to others.
Janice Wolfe was the first “whisperer” Mark trained. With 2 B.S. degrees from Columbia University, including one in Animal Behavior, Janice had been working with and training “problem” dogs and horses and breeding, showing, and competing with her Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs and Lipizzan horses for over 25 years.

Jeff lives in Southeastern Pennsylvania with his wife Pat where they work with the birds that are entrusted to them. Jeff believes that there is no such thing as a bird that cannot be worked with but rather that the bird is just misunderstood or their current caregiver needs further education.
